Is Running Bad for Me?
Running can be hard on the knees, especially if you have existing knee problems or if you run on hard surfaces like concrete or pavement. However, running is not necessarily bad for your knees if you take the proper precautions.
It's important to start slowly and gradually increase the intensity and duration of your runs. This will allow your body to adjust to the impact and stress of running.
Also, make sure to use proper running form and wear supportive shoes that are designed for running. Cross-training and strength training exercises can also help to strengthen the muscles around your knees and reduce the risk of injury.
If you have any knee pain or discomfort, it's important to see a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions and to get guidance on how to proceed.
